I'm on an unbelievable high right now. I don't think I've ever felt this happy, this healthy, this awake in my life.

I think everything's finally coming together. I have the direction, the support, the love and the drive that I need to take what I want. I have a path, it seems, in every faucet of my life and everything's clear for the first time in a very long time. I know where I want to get and I know how I want to get there. And I know who I want to be beside, when I do. Funny, how things change so unexpectedly, and we're never ready for any of it.
Sometimes it takes waking up from that darkness realize how you were suffocating to begin with. Sometimes someone wanders into that clearing where you're on your knees in the snow, drunken and homesick and sad, and speaks to you in a language you understand.

There's so much I want to say lately but spewing molten nonsense on everyone is more likely to occur than any kind of coherent update. So, let's see...

We're officially in a level two drought in my neighborhood, so from here that means showers every other day and actually becoming victorious on trying to get my family to turn the television off every once in a while. I hate the television. This is a new feeling, and a strong one. I can't watch anything unless it's prerecorded, now; I've reached a point where the mindless, deceptive shit on the tv, programs and commercials alike, disgust and enrage me. >>

I have a couple of digital pieces in the works... But most of my time has been consumed with a coming web project currently called Singularity, which I have the pleasure of working on with my dearest most brilliant remarkable wonderful friend Mister Spook. We're having a lot of fun with so far, and there's even going to be a surprise coming... :D


God, I've done a lot of growing up this year. Spook and I found a facebook conversation last night that we'd carried on before we'd even come to the University, and we had a grand time laughing at what douchebags we both sounded like. It's forgivable; it was a strange thing to be a college freshman. We were all scared and alone and trying to impress each other, haha. I can't believe it's halfway over already. I'm going to be an upperclassman. Insanity. Who knows where it'll be off to next. VFS really would be an adventure, wouldn't it?

For now, I'm happy to be just right where I am, with exactly who I'm with.

This is fucking ecstasy.




And YOU, :iconamicela: - I'm sorry I haven't been around. I don't have an excuse other than it's been a beautifully weird couple of months and sometimes I forget that I have msn messenger. Let's paintchat soon, okay? I miss talking to you, and Juny&company do too. Maybe we can start another RP. :]
